Refund Policy Effective 5/31/2020 – Please continue to use this form to request a refund. 

  • 2021 – Full Refund for any reason
  • 2022-2024 – Full Refund provided subject to:
    • A $25 Administrative fee will be retained to pay for non-refundable expenses
    • Players will receive a site credit of $25
      (ex. $295 Registration Costs = $270 Return to Payment Method + $25 Site Credit)

 

  • “no-shows” to the event will not be included in these new guidelines.

Go Fight Win Events, LLC “Organizer” Recommends Registration Saver insurance to protect your investment.

**TRAVEL & CANCELLATION COVERAGE: To protect your event payment in the result of an injury, conflict, etc. we highly encourage you to consider purchasing Registration Saver (www.registrationsaver.com), a new AIG product, to cover your registration investment for this event. If you have any questions, please call AIG directly at 866-690-6859. They are open and available for questions concerning coverage and services 24 hours each day. The cost is approximately 6% of total cost for the event.

 

REFUND POLICY EXCEPTION: If the event is cancelled at the discretion of “Organizer” or due to Local or Federal Government Action or Guidance, participants will be refunded registration fees less any incurred costs.

COVID-19 REFUND Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Go Fight Win Events. In light of the current pandemic, we are excited to offer an alternative event date to satisfy our commitment to existing registrants. 

Our traditional refund policy is “Registration Fees are Non-Refundable”, regardless of circumstance. This refund policy is required to be accepted prior to completing registration. If you are unable to attend the new date, please complete this application and we will review your request for refund.

Applications otherwise covered by an AIG “Regsaver” policy will not be granted a refund.

Applicants will be notified of our decision regarding your refund within one week following the date of the event. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification. Any approved refund will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. 

All applications for refund are due by May 31, 2020. A submitted application indicates you will not attend the event and position will be released. If you would like to rescind your application for refund, you must notify GFW immediately at info@gfwevents.com. GFW does not guarantee that your position will be available once it has been released. 

Terms of this refund policy are subject to change at any time. “Organizer” will honor the terms of the refund policy agreed to at registration.
